BLESSING 2
Three promises in view of faithfulness:

BLESSING 3
Wearing the mantle of humility...

15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watched, and kept his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. |

This is designed evidently to admonish men to watch, or to be in readiness for his coming—since, whenever it would occur, it would be at a time when men were not expecting him.
Blessed is he that watched. He who watches for these events, who marks the indications of their approach, and who is conscious of a preparation for them, is in a better and happier state of mind than he on whom they come suddenly and unexpectedly! We are to be awake to duty and to danger; we are not to be found sleeping on our post; we are to be ready for death-ready for the coming of the Son of man. |

People of God, chosen by God,
with an understanding that a real Christian life with "brokenness", soon
realize that they can only make progress in their life in Christ;
Yeshua Messiah through
"brokenness"! They will have the understanding that only "brokenness"
allows for their fullest expressions in their lives!
The
'nowadays-well-dressed Christian' still has more to put on in order to
follow the Lord's example! "Clothe yourself with the 'cloth'
of...humility"! Humility is the next instruction from the Scripture!
This humble mindset gives us a low opinion of ourselves, and only
the
Holy Spirit can provide us with such a 'rare
garment'.
It is so easy to be
proud,
because of what we feel are our superior talents, possessions or
achievements. Pride is
so subtle!
Humility is not related to poverty, but to a 'broken spirit'!
Submission is not the
outward sign of conformity, but the inward sign of humility! |

BLESSING 4
The marriage supper of the Lamb.

This is a simple statement showing that all the redeemed are called to the marriage feast of the Lamb. All are inhabitants of the New Jerusalem and not just some of them. Therefore, all are a part of the bride, the Lamb's wife.
Those who are called unto the marriage-supper of the Lamb. The idea of a festival, or a marriage-supper, was a familiar one to the ancient Jews to represent the happiness of Heaven, and is also frequently found in the New Testament. |

Understanding the message of love-relationship:
Just only on the ground of their religion claiming admittance into God's Kingdom. Pleading that "they" had done miracles, and preached or prophesied so much, and than demanding an entrance into heaven! The power of working miracles or healings had no necessary connection with piety! What about any the necessarity of a Godly moral character? Was there an intimate relationship with the Lord Himself?
God may use the agency of a man of talents, though not pious, to carry forward his purposes. Without love, all would be of no avail! With all their pretensions, they maybe had never been true followers of the Lord. Whatever might have been their pretended joys, their self-confidence, their visions, their zeal, there earthly riches, they maybe had never been regarded by the Savior as His true friends. God sees the heart and knows the secrets of it and also knows if he or she is doing the will of the Heavenly Father!
The day is near when He shall cut down and destroy all those who do not bring forth the fruits of righteousness in their lives. Those who are having a intimate relationship with the Lord are close to Him and called to be His sons & daughters. They are saved and redeemed, because they understands the message of love-relationship and not just on the ground of profession religion. Obedience is better than sacrify! |

BLESSING 5
Part in the first resurrection!

A blessing is pronounced not upon those who simply read or hear the prophecies contained in this book, but those who keep... who hold fast and heed the truths and warnings given by Christ. |

The words here used are undoubtedly the words of the Redeemer, although they are apparently repeated by the angel. The meaning is, that they were used by the angel as the words of the Redeemer. That receives them as a Divine communication; that makes use of them to comfort himself in the days of darkness, persecution, and trial; and that is obedient to the precepts here enjoined. The book ends with such a blessing upon people who hear, read, and keep the truth of this prophecy. Yeshua Messiah (Christ) declares His return to earth again many times! |

BLESSING 7
Having the authority and right to approach the tree of life!

Only people who obey God and keep His commandments are promise eternal life, not those who profess and do not obey!
There are 1,050 commands in the New Testament for Christians to obey. They cover every phase of man's life in his relationship to God and his fellowmen, now and hereafter. If obeyed, they will bring rich rewards here and forever; if disobeyed, they will bring condemnation and eternal punishment. They may be entitled to approach the tree of life; that this privilege may be granted to them. It is not a right in the sense that they have merited it, but in the sense that the privilege is conferred on them as one of the rewards of God, and that, in virtue of the Divine arrangements, they will be entitled to this honor! |

As above verse the earliest manuscripts read, “wash their robes.” It refers to to the washing of their "robes" in the blood of the Lamb! They should continue to “wash their robes” and so remain clean and ready for the Lord's soon return! It is a call to all believers to strive daily to remain faithful! Our "right" to access to the tree of life is due, not to our own efforts, but to what the Lord has done for us and on His grace and love for us! Those who do so, can enter through the gates of the city and eat the fruit from the tree of life; So be a part of the joining with the redeemed people in eternity and with God! |
