In the first year of his reign I Daniel understood by books the number of the years, whereof the word of the L-rd came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish .... (Daniel 9:2) |
Daniel—9:1-19 - Intercession Source: Scriptural Inspiration basically from Daniel 9:1-19
“I set my face unto the L-rd my G-d {YHVH}, to seek by prayer and application, with fasting. And I pray unto the L-rd my G-d! I am making my confession: O L-rd, Righteous merciful loving-kindness, great and fearful G-d! Keeping the Covenant and mercy You will granted that love You and to them who keep Your commandments. I have sinned and have committed iniquity and have done wickedly and have rebelled even departed from Your precepts and from You judgments! Neither I have yielded to Your servants the prophets, who spoke in Your Name to me! (Amos 3:7)
O L-rd, righteousness belongs only to You! But unto me shame at this day, because of my sin against You, I was far off! To You L-rd, my G-d belongs mercies and forgiveness, though I have rebelled against You, o G-d! Neither I had obeyed Your voice of my L-rd, my G-d! Neither I have walked in Your Laws; which You had set before me! I have transgressed Your Laws, even by departing, that You will not condemn me. G-d, You always want to confirm Your Word; curse who sinned and bless those who obey You! I haven’t made my prayers and confession of my sin, and turn from my iniquity, my selfish way, and so now to understand Your truth! O L-rd according Your righteousness, let Your disapproval and non-favor turn away from me! I have become a reproach (shame) because of my rebellion.
L-rd, forgive me from an attitude of complaining and murmuring, which causes “to die in the wilderness”! (1 Corinthians 10:10) Help me to submit myself in Your Father’s hand, knowing that You, Father {YHVH}, are complete in charge!
Now therefore, my precious L-rd, hear my prayer of Your servant and my supplications and cause Your face shine upon me and be gracious toward me! May You lift up Your countenance upon me and restore our “Shalom-peace” between us! (Numbers 6: 24, 25, 26)
O L-rd incline Your ear, and hear, open Your eyes, and forgive me from all evil, which I did in Your sight! For I do not present my supplications before You for my own righteousness, but for Your great mercies! O precious L-rd yield and do not defer me for Your own sake! My L-rd, I am calling You by Your Name. Your word declared, if Your people, which are called by Your Holy Name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek Your face, and turning away from my wrong ways; then will Your will hear from Heaven, and will forgive my sin, and will heal my life and change my circumstances in a better way! (2 Chronicles 7:14; Repentance; turning to G-d)
Oh that Thou will bless me indeed again, and that Your mighty hand may be with me, and that You will keep me from all kind of evil, that it will not result in disappointment! That You My L-rd will granted my prayers, that which I requested unto You. (1 Chronicles 4:10; Jabez) I am calling upon You, My L-rd, and I know You will answer me! You will lift me up in my time of trouble and deliver me, and showing me Your salvation! For You shall give Your angels charge over me and keep me in all my ways! (Psalm 91:15; Divine protection) That the power of G-d’s love may flow in my mind, my will, and my emotions to cleanse me completely and giving me a new beginning. I, hereby, declare in Yeshua’ precious Name that it is a new season and it is time for me to step out of the old identities of old pain and it is time again for me to have G-dly visions! Now, to release in myself the new promise of G-d, without bitterness, limitations, or any form of regrets; in the authority of Yeshua Messiah / Jesus Christ’—Name! - Amen!
This prayer came in inspiration to me when I was studying the Book of Daniel. It was a time of hope-deferred position in a period of my life! I was encouraged to pray this prayer daily! It was the Holy Spirit {Roach HaKodesh}, Who was and still is my teacher, that brought this kind of prayer up in my disrupted and concerned mind! (1 John 2:20; 2:27)
Surrounded by the Shekinah Glory of Heaven while worshipping in the Temple, prophet Isaiah cried: "I am a man of unclean lips," and an angel touched his lips with a glowing coal of the altar! [
